Jared Evans, D.M.D.
Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric DentistryJared D. Evans is a graduate of Southern Utah University. He received his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University. While there he served as Class President, President of the NSU Chapter of the American Student, Dental Association, and served on the American Dental Education Association's Council of Students.
In 2003, he was awarded certificates of merit and recognition from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities. These honors recognized him as the most outstanding student in Pediatric Dentistry and Special Needs Dentistry. He was also awarded the Class of 2003 Community Service Achievement Award. After graduation he completed a two-year specialty residency in pediatric dentistry at Nova Southeastern University and Miami Children's Hospital where he served as Chief Resident his second year.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Washington Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the Spokane District Dental Society. Dr. Evans serves on the Spokane Maxillofacial Review Board and he is a Spokane County Champion for the nationally recognized ABCD Dental Access program. Dr. Jared Evans is a faculty member at the University of Washington's Dental School in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.
He and his wife Brandie have four children.
Dr. Jason Woolf, D.M.D.
Dr. Woolf grew up in Spokane Valley. He graduated from Central Valley High School then lived in Monterrey Mexico for 2 years as a missionary. After attending EWU he went to study dentistry at New Jersey Dental School. Much of his career was spent working with the underserved community here in Spokane. He learned his true passion in dentistry is working with children. Dr. Woolf is so excited to be with Liberty Lake KiDDS Dental and looks forward to raising his two beautiful girls here in the Spokane area.
